Started the day with a snowshoe run, went XC skiing, then finished with a short run

Started off with snowshoeing in the morning, then did some spinning (5.3 mi) around lunch time, and finally topped it off with 8 miles (some jogging but mostly hiking) later in the afternoon.

I did calisthenics, a run, and yoga today! I was footwear free for all but the run :slight_smile:

Run/walk at the group run this morning, a set of lunges in socks, and yoga in bare feet.
