FLRC weekly workouts on hold

With the FLRC Challenge providing structure for so many and with it still being hard to train for goal races, I’ve decided to put the FLRC weekly workouts that I’ve been posting for the last year on hold.

If you’re looking for a workout to do, scroll back in the #group-runs forum and pick one from the past year of workouts.

At some point, we’ll restart the MITHACAL MILERS workout group, and then I’ll resume posting those workouts here as well.
