Looking for an end-of-summer 5K race? Or for a fast, flat 10K? It’s time to register for this year’s Ithaca 5&10, which will take place on Sunday, September 11th, in downtown Ithaca. The course takes you on a loop tour of the Fall Creek neighborhood, offers a peek at Ithaca Falls, and finishes on the paved trail around the Ithaca High School and Boynton Middle School grounds. The 5K race goes around the loop once. The 10K, which is the 2022 RRCA New York State Championship Race, goes around the loop twice.
Custom race t-shirts will be on sale on race day. Refreshments will be available after the race, and there will be FLRC age-group awards for 5K and 10K runners, as well as RRCA medals for 10K winners. Sign up today!
