It’s time for another Sunday Skunkday run, dedicated to helping you get your long run in while training for the Skunk Cabbage Classic 10K and Half Marathon.
Everyone is welcome, even if you’re not an FLRC member or planning to run Skunk (but really?). Regardless, you must sign the FLRC Training Programs waiver once for 2026.
Meet inside the front doors of Barton Hall (facing Teagle Hall, where Skunk starts) at 9:00 AM. After quick introductions and a photo at 9:15 AM, we’ll split into rough pace/distance groups and run out east of the Cornell campus on the Skunk course and nearby roads and trails.
