Big thank you to @Cdubus324 for leading such a great session yesterday morning in Stewart Park, where I definitely learnt to love my foam roller more than I ever have before!
Also a big thank you for everyone who showed up and participated in the class. If you have any ideas for future events, always feel free to let people know - the Annual Picnic would be a great place to do so!
