Cayuga Heights 5K on May 6 - Registration is open!

The Cayuga Heights Elementary School (CHES) 5K and Fun Run is coming up on Saturday, May 6th! This fun community event is open to everyone who would like to race through the beautiful streets of Cayuga Heights on a spring day.

There are two courses. Both are open to all:

  • The Fun Run - a one-mile run specially designed for children in grades K through 3, begins at 9:00 a.m.
  • The 5K begins at 9:30 a.m. This is a USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event.

Ths is always a fun, well-run race, and FLRC’s Timing Team has been managing the finish lines for years. Plus, folks from the CHES 5K have often returned the favor by volunteering at Skunk.

And for those running the FLRC Challenge, you can submit your CHES 5K time for a Lakefront Loops 5K effort!
