It’s almost here! The venerable Ithaca 5&10 returns on Sunday, September 8, starting at Ithaca High School. Come run the race or support your fellow runners by volunteering—we can never have too many!
Featuring 5K and 10K distances, the course takes you on a loop tour of the cute Fall Creek neighborhood, offers a peek at scenic Ithaca Falls, and finishes on the paved trail around the Ithaca High School and Boynton Middle School grounds. The 5K goes around the loop once. The 10K does the loop a second time. This family-friendly event includes a free 1-mile Fun Run for kids. The 10K has also been chosen as the RRCA New York State Championship Race.
Get your custom long-sleeved race shirt during registration for $15 each. Refreshments will be available after the race, and there will be FLRC age-group awards for 5K and 10K runners. All finishers will receive a coupon for a free ice cream cone from Purity Ice Cream!
