Hi, all. In prepping for runs later this year I thought folks might enjoy checking out online resources about the Empire State Trail. Completed a couple years back, the trail system covers 750 miles total including portions from Buffalo to Albany and then a section heading north to Canada and another down to NYC. Closest to us, the 365 mile portion from Buffalo to Albany is 90% off road and follows the Erie Canal. I’ve included some resource below for folks to check out to use for planning runs and bike rides:
