The FLRC Board of Directors will have its monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 12, at 6:15 PM via Zoom. Our board meetings revolve around club and committee activity updates, including a report on the club’s financial position and a brief overview of past and upcoming races. This month, we’ll examine the results from Danby Down & Dirty and look forward to the Turkey Trot, Winter Chill, and our indoor track meets. We will also be evaluating several funding requests before the Philanthropy Committee, starting the 2026 budget discussion, talking about the upcoming winter party and Trail Circuit award ceremony, and more.
I open each board meeting with a quick acknowledgment of those who have gone above and beyond in volunteering for the club. This month, I want to acknowledge Pete Kresock and Adam Moody for directing Danby Down & Dirty, which went extremely smoothly, and Tonya Engst for captaining the FLRC women’s cross country team in the PGXC series this year.
