It’s not too late to participate on the FLRC/High Noon 2024 cross-country team! Our next two races are near Ithaca, with the October 6 race in Everest Park (Auburn area) and our October 20 home course race at Taughannock State Park.
These races are your chance to try hard, meet fellow runners, be inspired by some of the fastest runners in upstate New York, and celebrate your own effort and everyone’s participation, no matter their pace. Our overall team needs to field over 50 runners across seven age groups at each race to put on a good showing, and we would love to have you along for the ride!
