Time is running out to sign up for the 2023 Forest Frolic held this Saturday, July 8th!
Be sure to register online and to make it easier on our volunteers, please register before 6 PM on Friday night. No need to wait until the last minute!
The 15K starts at 9 AM, followed by the 7K at 9:15 AM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to pick up your bib. The trails may be a bit muddy from our recent rain, but what’s a little mud between friends?
Speaking of friends… for those who chose not to run, but want to stay involved, volunteer with us this weekend. It’s a great opportunity to hang out in the woods, give back to the community, and cheer on your trail friends.
Lastly, since Frolic is a bit of a drive with limited parking, we highly suggest carpooling, and we’ve set up a handy-dandy carpool sign-up.
