Saw this initially come across the other day. It looks like Cole was connected to the area with FLRC and Red Newt. Seeing who all might have ran with him.
Cole was going for a FKT through (North/south) NJ nearly 200 miles in 40 hours.

That’s an amazing achievement! @Ian undoubtedly knows Cole best, given that he worked at the store. I didn’t run with Cole much, but I appreciated his snowshoe-racing experience when he advised me on cold weather racing garments before I did the Winterlude skate-ski-run triathlon in 2015 in -14º weather. @esambo, do you see Cole at snowshoe races much?

Yeah that’s a heck of a run! I think the last time I saw him was at snowshoe nats in 2019 when he made the national team. He was the champion of the first edition of Loomis!
