Can someone post what this is going to look like on a map?

I am confused of where the new section will be/lead to.

If you look at the satellite view of the South Hill Rec Way east end, there is a line extending to the east, which you can follow for a long way (it curves south). Part of the Finger Lakes Trail is on it. I lose it somewhere in Candor, which is in Tioga county so that might be where it will end.
