We’re in the home stretch now, @pgxc-high-noon, with the fourth race of the PGXC season coming up at Finger Lake Community College in Canandaigua on 11/3. We’ll post more about carpool and post-race lunch logistics later in the week.
If you think you want to run the final race but haven’t run anything so far, it’s important to run this one. You can score for a team in the final race only if you’ve run at least one previous race.
As far as the roster goes, here’s what we have so far. I’d like to have full teams across the board again, and the more people you can recruit, the better! Make sure to register in RunSignup and on the High Noon roster sheet.
Remember that I have to build teams in advance of the race, so late signups cause stress, and no-shows cause even more. If you need to change your plans either way, let me know directly via a post here, email to ace@tidbits.com, or text to 607-275-9557.
Open (5 to score, 9 can run)
- Brian Wegman
- Christopher Petroff
- Jason Jenks
- Jon Lewis
- Mik Kern
- Patrick Milano
We have a team, but it would be much stronger with Peter Gracy, Lucas Betzoldt, and Seth Bywater.
Masters (5 to score, 9 can run)
- Columbia Warren (?)
- Dave Kania
- Devan Berry (?)
- Jay Hubisz
- Kilian Weinberger
- Patrick Boyle
- Tristan Lambert
We’re at a minimum, which is a good starting point, but with Columbia and Devan, plus Scotie Jacobs, we’d have a really strong team.
Vets (5 to score, 9 can run)
- Adam Engst
- Bob Swizdor (?)
- Damian Clemons
- Jean-Luc Jannink
- Jesse Koennecke
- Roger Moseley
I’m still pretty worthless for anything beyond a warm body, especially at 8K. Steve Jesch, Steve Vanek, Ofer Leshed, Peng Chen, Joey Randall, are you available?
Super Vets (3 to score, 5 can run)
- Allan Filipowicz (?)
- Brian Harrington (?)
- Casey Carlstrom (?)
A lot of question marks here. Can you guys commit to coming or recruiting more?
Ultra Vets (3 to score, 5 can run)
- Charlie Fay
- Carl Franck
- Jorge Ramirez
Nice to see a team coalescing for the last three races!
