In search of a podiatrist

Happy Monday everyone.
Looking for a podiatrist for a friend with an in-grown toenail issue. Recommendations?

Earlier this summer, when I was doing short barefoot walking and running intervals to come back from plantar fasciopathy, I had some weird pain in my other foot. It seemed like a splinter or the like, but no one could see anything specific. I went to see Dr. Jeff Kadlecik, and he quickly identified a foreign object in my foot and cut it out with a scalpel. It was a highly satisfactory experience, and I was running again in a day or two. Though I have to admit that I backed off on doing so barefoot.
