I really appreciate today’s event: Starting with Charlie for this wonderfully organized event, his team of marshals and other volunteers, and of course GVH, all my fellow runners and spectators for all their positive energy (I’m including in this our noble opposing teams). Finally, the fantastic FLRC tent and those Engst-driven folks who got it there and set it up in the rain. And finally, I want to thank the heavens above fior miraculously pausing the rain as soon as the race started and after.
