Whole bunch of US and World records went down. In the 2M Josh Kerr breaks the WR and Grant Fisher breaks the US record. Elle St Pierre breaks her own US mile record, and Yared Nuguse wins the men’s mile and comes just over 1 second from breaking the WR. We also learn that he has a tortoise named Tyro, after tyrosine.

Was great to see the Brits smashing it! Kerr, Muir and Mills running so well, can’t wait to see them breeze past the US in Paris when they’re not jet-lagged 
Brits also tend to do quite well in the 5th Ave Mile. Kerr and Mills went 1,2 last year and Jemma Reekie won the women’s. In recent years Wightman and Muir have both won as well.
