Get a taste of practicing mindfulness while running!
Heard about the myriad benefits of mindfulness practice but not inclined to meditate on a cushion? No problem - you can combine it with something you already practice - running!
We’ll meet up on the lake side of the Large Pavilion at Stewart Park.
After a brief intro we’ll practice tuning in to our bodies and our surroundings through a series of short guided mindful running exercises.
