The race venue for Sunday is Everest Park at 5343 County Rte 72B, Auburn, NY 13021 (Google maps pin). Note that the course shown below is a 6K; it was initially advertised as a 5K. (A Strava run shows the elevation changes.) We recall parking being in or near the brown area at the bottom of the map—there will be signs and plenty of cars there before us.
Carpool Plan
Cornell: The main carpool will leave from its traditional location in the southwest corner of the Cornell B Lot. Plan to arrive at 8:45am. We’ll sort people into cars and leave at 9:00am. We usually have people who want to drive and people who prefer to be passengers, and it all works out. Please reply to this topic if you’re planning to come to the B Lot so we know to plan for you.

Before and After the Race
The race starts at 11am, so we suggest you aim to arrive at Everest Park around 10am. When you arrive, pick up your number from the main race organizing table and drop off your stuff and find team members at the snazzy new FLRC-logoed tent. Extra jerseys will be at the tent. (If you will be borrowing a jersey, wear a blue or black shirt that you like for racing, just in case the sizing doesn’t work out.) Aim to get to the start line 5–10 minutes before the race so you can join the team cheer and hear announcements.
When you finish running, stick around near the finish line to cheer for your teammates. Do a post-race cooldown jog with others on the team. There will be post-race refreshments, provided by the PGXC series, such as bananas, oranges, energy bars, and chips/pretzels. A half-hour or so after all runners finish, there will be an award ceremony for individuals and age-group teams.
The team stop on the way home from the race for lunch and socializing is at Summerhill Brewing east of Locke, where we’ve enjoyed eating after this race in previous years. (Google Maps directions).

Late bus! carpool offer - I will be leaving Ithaca around 9:30 on Sunday morning so will get to the race probably by 10:30. if you wanna ride One Way let me know leaving from Fall Creek downtown. I have to travel after the race I won’t be coming back to Ithaca.

Thanks Tonya, Zsofi and my simpler plan is that we’ll drive to B lot and if I’m a driver I’ll drop her off on the way out, so I can take 3 riders. With this message, I’m updating my post to the forum. Sincerely, Carl
I am a late entry but I’ll be going to the race, although I wont be staying for the lunch. I can drive or ride with anyone else not staying for lunch, I’m coming from downtown and I’ll be at the parking lot.
Erica and I will be carpooling and will have 2 comfortable seats or 3 cozy seats available. We will plan on meeting at the spot unless someone wants a ride as we go through downtown.
