I wrote earlier that we’d be eating at Hopshire, but when I called to confirm, they said they typically feed 20-30 people for an entire eggs & kegs event, and that we would overwhelm them.
So, our official gathering spot will be Crossroads Bar and Grille at 3120 N Triphammer Road in Lansing (Google pin). I have called them, and they are looking forward to welcoming us around 12:30 and they know that we may dribble in and that I don’t exactly know how many we’ll be or when we’ll arrive. We ate there last year after the TC3 race, and we enjoyed good hospitality and tasty food—they aren’t a second choice, just that their location is not as convenient for as many of us. (Several Dryden restaurants either aren’t open on Sunday or they get a 1-star rating for food in my book.)
