Register now for the Ithaca 5&10 road race, coming soon on September 7

Looking for an end-of-summer 5K race? Or for a fast, flat 10K? It’s time to register for this year’s Ithaca 5&10, which will take place on Sunday, September 7, in downtown Ithaca. The course takes you on a loop tour of the Fall Creek neighborhood, offers a peek at Ithaca Falls, and finishes on the paved trail around the Ithaca High School and Boynton Middle School grounds. The 5K race goes around the loop once, and the 10K goes around the loop twice.

Get your 50th anniversary Ithaca 5&10 short-sleeved race shirt during registration for $25 each. Refreshments will be available after the race, and there will be FLRC age-group awards for 5K and 10K runners. This family-friendly event includes a free 1-mile Fun Run for kids. The 10K has also been chosen as the RRCA New York State Championship Race. Sign up today!

Volunteers are welcome and appreciated. If your friends or family are coming to watch, ask them to join the fun by volunteering.

Hi Laura,
It seems like I was forced to buy a t-shirt in order to register for the 5&10, even though I don’t need one. Just wanted to let you know to see if others had the same experience.
Tom

Hi Tom - Thank you for letting me know. That should not have happened. I am copying the race director to see if he can assist/troubleshoot.

@gary

Thanks Tom,..we’re working on it,..will get it corrected!

Hi Tom,

Sorry for the confusion! RunSignup tries to remember your shirt size and selects it automatically, but you can always choose None from the top of the pop-up menu. I’ve refunded your shirt purchase.
