Register today for Two Hollows Monster Marathon and Half!

Hello Trail Runners!

Now that Forest Frolic and Forge the Gorge are the books, it’s time to think about upcoming races - so make sure to register for the Two Hollows Monster Marathon and Half Marathon! We will be running the race for the second year on the “Two Hollows” course in the Virgil and Harford area, right next door to the Forest Frolic course. The Monster course will traverse single-track trails including the Finger Lakes Trail along with corresponding “International” branch trails. These are some of the most beautiful in the area that you may have never run on.

The course is a double out and back—first heading east and later heading west—which will allow runners to encounter others chasing them throughout the race. We will continue the tradition of age/gender start times. It’s also a great tune-up race for those who will be running the Virgil Crest Ultra on other trails in the Kennedy State Forest.

Sign up on UltraSignup before August 20 for one of the most affordable trail marathons you will find. After that, the price goes up. Thanks to our wonderful FLRC volunteers, there will be aid stations at miles 3, 7, 9, and 13 of each half of the race, also making this a well-supported race. Stay tuned for a practice run of the course on the weekend of August 17… Hope to see you there!
