Looking for a goal race in September for the entire family? Look no further than the classic Ithaca 5&10, which has been run for nearly 50 years on the flat streets of downtown Ithaca. The 2023 race will be on Sunday, September 10th. The course will take you on a loop tour of the cute Fall Creek neighborhood, offer a peek at Ithaca Falls, and finish on a paved trail around the Ithaca High School and Boynton Middle School grounds. The 5K race goes around the loop once while the 10K race continues on for a second loop. Refreshments will be available after the race, and there will be FLRC awards in several age groups for 5K and 10K runners. Soft cotton Ithaca 5&10 T-shirts are available during registration for $15 each.
