This is a quick reminder about my free workshop on preventing and managing knee pain in runners happening this Saturday, December 21st, at 10 a.m.
I’m Dr. Arden Freedman, and I recently moved back to Ithaca after 10 years on the West Coast. At Rooted Movement Chiropractic, I focus on helping active adults recover from injuries and stay strong through exercise rehabilitation and chiropractic care.
