Join us at FLRC’s Twilight 5K race on the scenic Cayuga Inlet on June 14, 2023. Whether you run or walk, you’ll enjoy the flat, paved pedestrian trails of Cass Park and the Treman Marina as you catch a breeze off the lake and look for ospreys overhead. With few road crossings and chip timing, it’s a perfect 5K for all ages and abilities. Race start time is 7 PM, and after you finish, we hope you’ll stick around for the pizza party! Register today!
If you’re not running, could you volunteer? We’ll be welcoming 400+ runners, and we need your help to make it a successful night for all—including first-time race director Kris Haines-Sharp! Volunteering is a great way to meet people, give back to the running community, and stay in touch with the club even if you’re injured.
