Our next trail race, Forge the Gorge, will be held on Wednesday, August 5, at Fillmore Glen State Park. Please register soon so that we can plan for the post-race pizza party!
The “gorge-ous” course winds along wooded trails on the north and south rims of the Fillmore Glen Gorge, dropping into the gorge and crisscrossing the creek over a series of bridges. The trail race offers two distances: the 8-mile course includes two scenic, partially overlapping loops, whereas the 3-mile course peels off the long course halfway and heads straight to the finish.
The start times will be staggered, with the 8-milers starting at 6 PM and the 3-milers starting at 6:15 PM.
Both distances count toward the 2026 FLRC Trail Circuit standings — check the leaderboard to see where you stand!
We encourage carpooling to help fight climate change and save on the Fillmore Glen parking fees—register to drive or ride if you can.
