We had 18 runners show up to the Monster run through yesterday. It was a lovely day with cool temperatures and just enough mud and water running through the stream crossings to make it fun and interesting. Some had never run on these trails and really enjoyed the wonderful scenery. The snacks quickly disappeared after the run.
The race is on Sunday, September 3 and if you’re wanting to register, time is winding down. The price increases from $45 to $75 on August 23 - this is to encourage people to register early so we can order enough food and awards. Registration closes on September 1.
