Some of our friends who run the Hartshorne Masters Mile are putting on the USATF East Coast Regional Meet, which doubles as the USATF Mid-Atlantic Masters and Open Championships. It will take place on June 4, 2023, at Mansfield University, PA, and is being put on by Mike Rohl, Michelle Rohl’s husband and a coach down there. They often came up to our Tuesday night workouts when it was too cold for Michelle to train on Mansfield’s outdoor track while she was chasing (and catching) the W55 American record in the mile.
