Your RSVP (yes or no) now needed for PGXC post-season run/party on Sunday, Nov 13th

Good day, @pgxc-high-noon and @pgxc-flrc!

Please take a moment to RSVP your “yes” or “no” for the FLRC group run/lunch/awards ceremony on Sunday. We need your info by early Friday morning when we finalize the food order. There is room on the RSVP form to tell us how many people you’ll be bringing and if you have any gluten/vegan/etc. concerns. Even if you can’t make it, your “no” helps us plan. (Thanks to everyone who has already RSVP’d! We are looking forward to seeing you!)

We’ll gather starting around 11:50 AM at the Brooktondale Community Center (524 Valley Road in Brooktondale; see map) for a scenic group run that will begin at the High Noon canonical time of 12:08 PM. We will head east out Valley Road, take a right on White Church Road, and run for 20 minutes at whatever pace you want before turning around and coming back.

After the run, we will gather in the pavilion behind the community center. Bring warm clothes to wear immediately after finishing. We will have access to heated, indoor bathrooms.

Starting around 1 PM, we’ll share food and drink provided by FLRC (we will bring back last year’s popular hot chocolate and tea), hand out awards, and sing of our many and varied accomplishments from the season to acclaim from all. (Well, not literally sing. But metaphorically. Like Vikings.)

Family members are welcome, but they may be recruited for next season and should be warned that conversation will revolve around running.

For those of us with bad memory, is there a way to see if you have already RSVPd and what the answers to the questions were?

Not easily, since it’s a back-end sheet, but you did RSVP for you and Jodi.

And sorry about requiring a number 1 or greater, folks—if anyone has yet to respond, it will now take 0 if you can’t make it.

My appologies, we are not going to make it.

Bummer! Well, everyone who ran this year is welcome, even if you missed out on RSVPing. We should have enough food.

No. Sorry with the late response. I just saw this,
