Hi everyone,
I am going to be pacing a friend in an informal 5k time trial on Sapsucker woods Rd next Tuesday 5/11. We are hoping a couple others will join to make it feel more like a race! We have to start early, 6:40 am warm-up and 7:00 am start. All paces welcome but me and her will be aiming for 19:59. Let me know if you want to join! It’s a flat, fast out and back course!
@jullfly I might be able to do that depending on my Tuesday workout. Hopefully I can incorporate the 5k into whatever I have. I’ll let you know on Monday! Is this with Ella? Sounds fun
