Backstretch Bingo Day 19: Skipping Day

Skipping Day: Incorporate 30 seconds of skipping into your run, must repeat at least three times.

3x30 sec skipping on an easy little jaunt around campus. The dog was very confused (are we running? Walking? Jumping after squirrels?)

Made a workout to incorporate the skipping, which I did as a little warm up.

20 minute warm up run before strength training today, did 4 rounds if skipping to get the heart rate up.

Skipping 3x on the Waterfront Trail this evening, a nice extra evasive method for the migratory birds overhead. For which I have bingo #4.
