@lizhartman, the workshop runs from 10:30am-1pm and may end early depending on how many people show up. Please feel free to come for however long you are able!
Six of us had a good time and learned a lot about both physical and energetic balance when it comes to running. It was as much about reflection as physical improvement, and I hope Stephanie is up for doing it again sometime.
