I ran across this Jack Daniels Training Tables spreadsheet a while back and just discovered that the guy who created it has updated it recently. I won’t even pretend that I can explain it all, but if you’re seriously geeky about your running (@RichHeffron and @vedgund, perhaps, or @JTuori), it’s worth a look. It even has bits like the projected impact of weight change or high temperatures on your race times.
