It’s time to sign up for the 2023 Thom B. Trail Runs!

Warmer weather means it’s time to enjoy springtime on trails. It’s also time to mark your calendar with local races in the FLRC Trail Circuit (this longstanding circuit is now in its second year of having a digital leaderboard to track Pebblehead, Stonehead, and Boulderhead ratings). Whether you care about ratings or just want motivation to spend more time running in the woods, it’s now time to sign up for the Thom B. Trail Runs. The race is at Hammond Hill on Saturday, May 20th, with three distances: 8.5 miles, 17 miles, and 26.2 miles. Enjoy one, two, or three loops of rolling singletrack in this lovely forest!

Watch the FLRC Forum’s Group Runs category for an announcement of a group run on May 6th or 7th to preview the course (please contact Heather Cobb at cobb.heather.m@gmail.com if you can volunteer to assist with this group run), and check out our custom voice-based RunGo directions that can help you stay on course. (There will also be traditional flagging and course marshaling—you don’t need RunGo to participate!)

We hope to see you in the woods on May 20th!
