ITC Brick Workout

Calling all triathlon cross-over athletes! I will be hosting a brick workout (bike+run) for the Ithaca Triathlon Club this weekend.

We’ll meet at 8am at the municipal parking lot on George St. ride 14 miles on gentle rolling hills then run 3.2 miles on the flat Jim Schug trail.

Afterwards we’ll get coffee and snacks at the Corner Brew cafe.
