Welcome to the club! You can indeed access the FLRC forum from an app:
Since then, the Fig app has disappeared, but Discourse Hub is still around.
I’ve found in recent versions of iOS, anyway, that just adding this site to the Home Screen as an app is equally as good. Let me know if you need help with that in iOS—someone else would have to help in Android.
I also did the same thing, adding it to my home page as an ‘app’ using Chrome on Android.
