Personal trainer / strength training recommendation

If anyone is ever looking to do some running-focused personal/strength training, this is just a shout-out for Lou Falciani at Infinity Athletics (down on Willow Ave), who has been helping me with my strength and flexibility whilst I trained for my first trail marathon (Monster - fingers crossed for Sunday…). I’ve never made it to this distance without carrying an injury before, and am 100% sure this is down to the work we’ve been doing (and he’s also managed to get rid of my neck-induced tension headaches along the way, which is wonderful). I’d recommend him without hesitation but please feel free to get in touch if you want more info or have any questions.
