Reminder: Strength Clinic for Runners this Saturday, 11:30 am

Looking to add strength training to your routine but not sure where to start? Infinity Athletics is offering a free clinic for FLRC members to show how strength training can enhance your running performance.

After the clinic, you’ll have the opportunity to join Infinity’s custom strength training program for runners, led by certified trainers who have been highly spoken of by several FLRC members.

Date: March 1, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Where: Infinity Athletics (730 Willow Ave, Ithaca)

Strength Training Program Details

  • Small class sizes (4–8 people) for personalized coaching
  • Flexible schedule: Choose any 2 classes per week, Mon–Fri at 5 PM (other times may also be available)
  • Session Start Date: Week of March 3
  • Location: In-person at Infinity Athletics or on your own via the Train Heroic app
  • Cost: $20 per class ($160 for a 4-week cycle — a 30% discount exclusively for FLRC members — or $30/month for the custom training program in the Train Heroic app for you to complete on your own. Personal training options are also available for an additional fee.
