Sunday Skunkday group run on March 2 at 8:30 AM at Barton Hall

Time for another Sunday Skunkday run! Two important notes:

  • Sunday is the Ivy League Track Championships at Barton Hall, so parking on campus will be restricted starting at 9 AM. The usual Crescent Lot and parking garage spots will be charging, so I recommend parking further up Campus Road. This page lists the free lots.

  • Saturday is the free strength training clinic that FLRC is organizing with Infinity Athletics and Ithaca College strength and conditioning professor Dave Diggin. I recommend it highly.

Meet at the front doors of Barton Hall (facing Teagle Hall, where Skunk starts) starting at 8:30 AM. I think we’ll be able to get into Barton, but it’s possible they’ll keep us out for meet setup. Teagle Hall across the street may also be open because of the meet.

Everyone is welcome, even if you’re not an FLRC member or planning to run Skunk. (But seriously, please do sign up for Skunk.) Regardless, you must sign the FLRC Training Programs waiver once for 2025.

At 8:45 AM, we’ll do quick introductions, split into rough pace/distance groups, and take a picture to prove our extreme hardiness. You can run out and back on the Skunk course or pick from one of these alternatives.

Please register in the pace and distance polls below so others can see they’ll have company. Click the icons under each answer to see who has voted.

Any questions, just ask. See you Sunday!

Kudos to all those who braved the cold! We couldn’t get into Barton because it was being set up for Heps, so we had to gather in the hallway in Teagle.
