I’m seeking a running buddy to help me stay accountable and work up to longer miles to finish the two long FLRC challenge courses. I try to go for easy (10 min/mile) 3-4 mile runs, 2-3 times per week, on the East Hill rec trail or South Hill rec trail, but location is flexible. Mornings (~8am) preferred, weekends also great.
