Hope all have had a good weekend. Our family had a fun weekend on Staten Island for States, returning home tired and with some croaky voices, but good.
For this week, mixing up Monday, sticking with Barton Wednesday. It would feel sacrilegious, even headed into track season, to have people inside on the track tomorrow night when it’ll be sunny and high 50’s. Let’s soak up the sun while we have it.
Monday - keeping the opportunity in there for a group run and/or workout for those who can make it, but shifting to leaving from South Hill Elementary School (Hudson St entrance - which is right across from my house) at 5:00. For those who can join we can head out as a group or pods for a run on the South Hill Recway and/or dip down into trails, or stick with the recway for some threshold running or 800’s in out-back format with a bit of warmup / cool-down pre-post. For pickup can be flex but let’s just shoot for 5:00 - 6:00’ish.
Wednesday - will keep with Barton at 7:15 and see what people feel like on arrival for the workout plan.
