Jackie and Mark—owners of YogOdyssey—are generously offering members of the Finger Lakes Runners Club a free 90-minute hot yoga class on Monday, December 1, from 6:30–8:00 PM. This is an amazing chance to experience Bikram hot yoga in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment, exclusively for our club members.
Amy and I have practiced regularly at YogOdyssey in Fall Creek for years, with more than 300 classes each, and we’ve seen firsthand how this practice strengthens our running. Hot yoga improves flexibility, balance, breathing efficiency, and mental focus—skills that can translate directly to better performance and fewer injuries on the road and trail. About a week before the class, YogOdyssey will send out detailed instructions, along with a link to create an account and complete the studio waiver. The class can accommodate 30 participants, and we’ll be using a Google Form for sign-ups. If interest exceeds 30, we’ll maintain a waitlist—but spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
