Just thought I’d share that Island is starting a livestream Tread Class. Adrian from Sports Medicine will be guiding runners through 45 minutes on the treadmill. Although it’s not outdoor running you may want to give it a try as all 3 classes next week are free and adaptable for everyone. Monday and Friday 6:15-7 a.m. and Wednesday 6-6:45. You can find them on Island’s website.
Here is the class description: “TREAD- A high energy treadmill based class focusing on tempo and interval training. This class is open to new and seasoned runners looking to spice up their indoor training. The instructors will guide you through each workout with encouragement and helpful tips to get the most out of your runs. Hard work is required but puking is optional”
