I’m planning to run Treman Trailipop on Friday morning and would love some company! I usually run a 10 minute pace but am slower on trails and I’ll probably walk the steep and/or rooty bits. Let me know if you’d like to join me!

I’m very flexible this week, and Friday (or Thursday should you switch days) will work!
