Greetings all!
As always, we will meet at the Large Pavilion in Stewart Park for our workout tomorrow, Monday, May 18 at 6.00pm. The weather will be hot, so please ensure that you have sunscreen, a hat, and stay well hydrated. If you know that you find exercising in the heat difficult, it may be wiser to run early in the morning - we would rather you stay healthy and safe, and won’t be offended if you don’t join the group run!
Tomorrow’s workout will be 2 x (10 min run / 3 min walk) - you will repeat this workout once more during the week, and then we switch it up again for the third workout - 15 min run / 3 min walk / 10 min run. The run periods are getting noticeably longer at this stage, but take it easy and you’ll get there. Remember, it’s ok to drop to a brisk walk during the run if it does get too tough.

Please remember that if you come along to a Monday group workout, you need to register via Webscorer so that you can sign our group runs waiver.
