Please remember to bring water, and it might be good to bring a small snack for afterwards.
We will start off with introductions as we do some dynamic stretches, then a short brisk walk before the workout.

If you are coming along to the Monday group workouts, you will need to register via Webscorer so that you can sign our group runs waiver. If you are just following along with the plan but exercising individually, you don’t need to register via Webscorer.
Week 2 of C25K has been kicked off with another great group! The blooming daffodils along the inlet trail were a beautiful juxtaposition to the shouting crew coaches in their boats. Have a great rest of your week and see you next Monday!
