How is it week 5 already?
As always, we will meet at the pavilions next to the Children’s Garden for our workout tomorrow, Monday, May 12 at 6.00pm. Looks like it will be a hot one tomorrow, so we’ll be sure to have water with us.
We hope the longer third workout wasn’t too tough this past week. Don’t worry if it was a struggle, just remember that it is all part of the process. For tomorrow, our workout will be that same session - 3 x (5 min run / 3 min walk) - you will repeat this workout once more during the week, and then we switch it up again for the third workout - 2 x (5 min run / 3 min walk) + 8 min run. For this third workout, be sure to take the two shorter rep runs nice and easy so that you have enough gas in the tank for the longer, final run

Please remember that if you are coming along to the Monday group workouts, you need to register via Webscorer so that you can sign our group runs waiver. If you are just following along with the plan but exercising individually, you don’t need to register via Webscorer.
