Hello everyone - it’s the week of our last group run of the program!
As always, we will meet at the pavilions next to the Children’s Garden for our workout tomorrow, Monday, June 2 at 6.00pm. It looks like it’ll be warm and sunny, so make sure to bring some water and maybe even some sunscreen…
Tomorrow’s workout will be 2 x (15 min run / 5 min walk) - you will repeat this workout once more during the week, and then we switch it up again for the third workout - 30 min run. All the work you’ve been doing has been building up to these longer runs, so have confidence, keep it steady, and have fun!
