Final Sunday Skunkday group run on 3/22 at 9:00 AM at Barton Hall

It’s our last informal Sunday Skunkday group run for the year—for the next one on March 29, we’ll have hundreds of your running friends, Leone Timing, food, awards, and all sorts of hoopla. If you sign up for Skunk Cabbage, that is!

Otherwise, you know the drill: meet inside the front doors of Barton Hall (facing Teagle Hall, where Skunk starts) at 9:00 AM, mill around and chat with friends, and be ready to break into pace groups at 9:15.

Everyone is welcome, even if you’re not an FLRC member or planning to run Skunk. Regardless, you must sign the FLRC Training Programs waiver once for 2026.

Sorry for the last minute but I might start the run a bit earlier!

 doors locked, no one here. Guess I’ll start solo. Hope everyone has a good run. :woman_shrugging::sweat_smile:

You missed us by about 10 seconds! We saw you running as we were parking. Meet at 9:00, run at 9:15. Possibly we were a minute or two after 9 by the time we got to the door at Barton, but sorry we missed you!!

Oh – That’s kind of you to reach out. I wasn’t trying to run the Skunk course with everyone. I had the dog (Elsie) and I don’t want her to get in people’s way. She thinks everyone loves her and wants to visit and run at the same time.

I have a route that starts at Forest Home/Plantations – Wildflower Garden – Judd Falls – Rail trail – 366 – Forest Home. About 7 miles. Did you get rained on?

Will see you next weekend!

No worries  I saw the above post and assumed the whole group left early  which wasn’t a big deal anyway since I would have run solo regardless because I was doing the half distance at my slower pace and didn’t anticipate finishing before noon anyway :woman_shrugging: I just wanted to say high to everyone :growing_heart:
