FLRC Group Run in East Ithaca Sunday 10/25 @ 8:00am

The next FLRC group run is this Sunday, October 25, starting at Cornell University and running on the East Hill Rec Way and Dryden Rail Trail. We will meet at the parking lot below Schoellkopf at 8:00am and run at 8:15am. We will head east on the trail, cross 366, and take a left over the bridge onto the East Hill Rec Way. Depending on your pace, you may make it out to the Dryden Rail Trail. (View the course and download the GPX file.) Even though this is a “course”, this is an hour-long run, so when your watch hits 30 minutes, turn around and run back regardless of where you are. This allows everyone to start together and end together. You could run the East Hill Dryden Rail Trail Challenge course instead by “covering the ground”!

There will be post-run snacks available so please stick around after for socializing to get to know fellow runners and enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, ability, pace, or preferred sock type. This is a free activity, and while FLRC membership and FLRC Challenge participation are encouraged, neither is required. If you’re not running the Challenge, please sign the FLRC Training Programs waiver. You only need to sign once for all 2026 workouts and group runs, so if you’ve already done so, you’re all set. Subscribe to FLRC’s Races and Group Runs calendars so race dates, group runs, and other club events flow into your calendar.
